The Kidderminster Killer Audax is one heck of a ride, crossing the massifs of Shropshire over 215km. Climbs, scenery, exhaustion and reward come in equal measure for all of the 120 riders. It is not a route to be taken lightly but you won't regret it. There may even be WI cake on the way too!

The route follows rustic and challenging lanes for the most part, along some passages across some epic hills such as the Clees, Long Mynd, Stiperstones, Fiddler's Elbow and Mortimer's Forest.
Control points are located at:
- Belbroughton Start and Finish
- Church Stretton
- Montgomery Information Control
- Chapel Lawn Village Hall for WI Cakes
- Ludlow

At a personal level, this will be very last Kidderminster Killer as organiser but not as a rider. Thankfully, the KK will continue under the auspices of Marcus Mumford, former organiser of the very popular Barry's Bristol Ball Buster audax. He is a cake enthusiast and the event will be in great hands. Next year will also be the 35th anniversary.
